Application

Widely used in the laboratory for various experiments and manufacture in the field of pottery, chemical industry, metallurgy, glass industries, new material developing, machinery, fire-proof material, architecture, special material and so on.

  • Working temperature:  1000℃ -1800℃

  • Heating elements:  Resistance heating wire can achieve max 1300℃,  SiC heating elements can achieve max 1500℃,  MoSi2 heating elements can achieve max 1800℃.

  • Chamber size:  From 100x100x100mm to 500x500x500mm for muffle furnace,  From Dia30mm to Dia100mm for tube furnace.

  • Thermocouple:  K type, S type, B type.

  • Chamber material:  ceramic fiber insulation (board, blanket, paper, bulk)

  • Furnace Structure:  Double shell steel case with cooling fan to keep outside surface cool.

  • All accessories are included for immediate use.
