Ceramic Tube

Description

Selection of a variety of high-quality ceramic materials, hot, dry-pressed or injection molding, from high-temperature sintering of alumina ceramic tube, thermocouple sheath, alumina ceramic rod (which can be mechanical or electronic finishing), high hardness, insulation, wear-resistant, high temperature-resistant, hot and cold shock-resistant.

Feature

High temperature resistant, wear resistant, press resistant, corrosion proof, high mechanical strength, good insulation property, high electric insulation, and low thermal expansion.

Material: Al2O3 (99%, 95%, 85%, 75%, 60%; C799, C795, C610, C530…), zirconia, corundum, mullite, cordierite, steatite, aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, boron nitride, magnesia, silicon carbide, boron carbide, etc.

Application

Ceramic tube is widely used in the various high temperature industrial kiln and lab furnace for metallurgy, coal, mining, steel, glass, machinery, electronic, chemical analysis and so on.

Ceramic rods are widely used in the industry of resistance to temperature and thermostat, as a resistance ceramic matrix and two-metal thermostat used in ceramic-top column.

Al2O3 content 99%, 95%, outer diameter from 100mm to 600mm, length max 1000mm.
Al2O3 content 85%, 60%, outer diameter from 15mm to 200mm, length max 5000mm.
Alumina ceramic roller (two ends open)
Al2O3 content 75%, 70%, outer diameter from 25mm to 70mm, length max 4500mm.
Thermocouple tube / sheath (one end open, the other closed)
Al2O3 content 99%, 95%, 85%, outer diameter from 5mm to 100mm, length max 2500mm.
Alumina multi-hole tube (two ends open)
Al2O3 content 99%, 95%, outer diameter from 1mm to 16mm, length max 2500mm.
Inner hole numbers: 2, 3, 4, etc.
Alumina ceramic rod (solid)
Al2O3 content 99%, 95%, outer diameter from 1mm to 30mm, length max 2500mm.
Also can produce hollow square shape and solid rectangle shape tubes.

Alumina Ceramic Crucible

Corundum ceramic crucibles are used for testing laboratory and a variety of industrial analysis.
Shape: cylindrical, arc, conical, square, rectangle, boat, column, semicircular and a variety of shaped cases.
Crucible and boat sizes from 5ml to 3000ml.
Thermal analysis alumina crucible sizes from 15μl to 3ml.
