MCH Ceramic heater

Description

MCH is a kind of ceramic heater which is printed on 96% alumina ceramic blank according to the design requirements of heating circuit. It is laminated by hot pressing and then sintered together by ceramics and metals under the protection of reducing atmosphere at about 1600 C.

Ceramic heaters can operate in atmospheric and vacuum environment. It can reach up to Max. temperature 800°C with high heating rate.
